For over ten years, I built a career at the intersection of design, learning, and technology — moving through roles in UX/UI design, instructional design, and product and program management. I worked across industries, shipped complex products, and helped cross-functional teams navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose. It was good work — engaging, challenging, often fast-paced. But something always felt missing.

I didn’t yet have the words for it, but I was searching for more than just interesting problems — I was looking for meaningful ones. The kind that mattered beyond metrics. The kind that could reshape systems and serve a greater good.

That search eventually led me to climate and energy — and something clicked. Here was a space where systems thinking wasn’t just helpful; it was essential. Where design wasn’t just about usability, but about equity, resilience, and sustainability. Where the stakes were clear, and the mission was urgent.

Now, I’m channeling my experience into work that supports grid modernization, electrification, and the technologies helping us build a more sustainable, decarbonized future. I’ve found a sense of alignment that had eluded me in other sectors — and with it, a new kind of momentum. Whether I’m mapping customer journeys, designing onboarding flows, or shaping product strategy, I’m driven by a simple belief: we design better when we design with purpose. And purpose, for me, means doing work that helps move the world forward.
